What delivery costs

Delivery is worked out from your PIN code at the payment step, once you have entered the address it is going to. It is shown to you there, before you pay, and it appears on your invoice.

How long it takes

If it is in stock, your order is packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 days. Everything goes by courier, anywhere in India.

How long the courier itself takes depends on where you are and is not something we control, so we do not promise a date we cannot keep.

Once a parcel is with a courier we send you its tracking number. We do not ship outside India.

If a delivery cannot be completed

Couriers try more than once. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, nobody was there across the attempts, the OTP was not shared, or delivery was refused, we will contact you to arrange a redelivery.

A refused perishable order is the one case where we may not be able to resend the same jars.
